The International Football Association Board decided to to end all experiments and rely on referees to rule on disputed goals. The decision came the same day Birmingham had a goal disallowed in its FA Cup match against Portsmouth despite replays clearly showing that Liam Ridgewell’s header crossed the line. (AP)
