[DATEBOOK] The USA will face Canada, Panama and Guadeloupe in the 2011 Concacaf Gold Cup. The Americans open against Canada at Detroit’s Ford Field on June 7.The regional championship opens June 5 at Cowboys Stadium, where Mexico faces El Salvador in the second game of a doubleheader.
