The Kansas City Current has signed 16-year-old defender Meila Brewer to a three-year contract.

Brewer is a local product, having attended Blue Valley High School in Overland Park and playing for the KC Athletics in the ECNL. Brewer started all four matches and scored one goal at the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
