UEFA on Friday announced that Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain have had their restrictions on transfer spending and European squad sizes lifted after both clubs satisfied the European governingbody’s financial fair play targets during the 2014-15 season. City and PSG were ordered to play in last year’s Champions League with just 21 players while their transfer market activity wascapped at 49 million pounds ($76.3 million) as punishment for breaking FFP rules during the 2013/14 campaign. UEFA also confirmed that the amount clubs can lose over three years has been cut from 45million euros ($50 million) to 30 million euros ($33.3 million) beginning next season.
