Add former German great Franz Beckenbauer and Spanish federation president Angel Maria Villar Llona to the list of thosebeing investigated by FIFA on ethics violations. FIFA released 11 names, most of whom were already known. They include FIFA president Sepp Blatter and UEFApresident Michel Platini. Neither Beckenbauer, a former member of the FIFA executive committee, nor Villar, who headed the 2018 bid for the 2018 World Cup,would cooperate with the investigation into the bidding for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.
