In a vote of African national team coaches and technical directors, Aubameyang, the Bundesliga’s leading scorer so far this season, with 18 goals in 17 league games, earned 143 points, whileToure, who helped Ivory Coast win the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations, picked up 136 points.
