1. Clint Peay is the latest head coach to leave U.S. Soccer’s boys national team staff. He has been hired as an assistant coach at NorthCarolina FC, joining new head coach Dave Sarachan, assistant coach John Bradford and assistant general manger and goalkeeper coach Nic Platter. Peay, who most recently worked as the head coach of theU-15 national team, won four NCAA Division I titles as a player at Virginia and three MLS Cup titles and one Open Cup trophy with D.C. United and played on the 1996 U.S. Olympic team.
