[7UP SUENO ALIANZA] Alianza de Futbol returns to the San Francisco Bay Area Saturday and Sunday as players will compete for spots in the 7Up Sueno Alianza NationalFinals presented by Verizon Sept. 19-22 in Los Angeles.
Scouts from Mexican clubs Chivas de Guadalajara, Club America, Santos, Morelia, Queretaro and Tijuana, as well as San JoseEarthquakes and U.S. Soccer coaches, will be on hand.
The highlight of the weekend will be matches pitting Alianza de Futbol under-19 and under-15 teams against San Jose Earthquakes teamsat the Central Park Sports Complex in Fremont.
Teams will also compete in the RAM Copa Alianza and Kellogg’s Copita Alianza.
The San Francisco stop is part of Alianzade Futbol’s 11-city tour.
