Anson Dorrance, the first American coach to win a soccer world championship, has guided the University of North Carolina to 21 NCAA Division I championships. Cindy ParlowCone, who recently became the President of the U.S. Soccer Federation, played under Dorrance at UNC in 1995-98 and was part of three of those championships.
