• The Flower City Union and Syracuse Pulse have merged organizations but will continue to play home matches in both Rochester and Syracuse as Flower City Union and Salt City Union, respectively. Both markets were represented in the NISA in 2022. Syracuse Pulse and Flower City Union finished sixth and eighth in the league’s final single-table format when NISA was reduced from 10 to eight teams in mid-season. The league has still not released its final alignment or schedule for 2023 though three new teams are expected: Club de Lyon FC (Orlando), Gold Star FC (Detroit) and Savannah Clovers.
