Watch: Diego Valeri scores in seven straight games

Portland's Diego Valeri tied the MLS record for goals in consecutive games with a sharp shot into the lower corner in a 1-0 win over NYCFC. He joins Carlos Ruiz (2006), Wolde Harris (2000) and Raul Diaz Arce  (1997) with seven goals in seven straight games.

    Maybe Argentina can use a player like this. He has to be one of the top 5 players in the MLS. Always a joy to watch him and his humbleness and team play.

    Yes, best all round play I can remember in MLS. No Hot Dog, just intelligent movement, end to end.
