Aston Villa chief executive Keith Wyness was suspended from all soccer-related activity for three weeks for a retweet of a video of Villa being denied a penalty with a caption asking ifreferees had “disabilities.” He was also fined 10,000 pounds ($12,900) for what he admitted was an “abusive and/or insulting and/or improper” comment and the FA deemed was an “aggravated breach” ofits rules.
