Atlanta United FC, the MLS expansion team that will begin play in 2017, received approval — by a 4-3 split decision — from the DeKalb County Commission for financial support on a $30 million soccercomplex that will include a 3,500-seat stadium, three practice fields and a two-story building that will serve as team headquarters.
