Striker Karim Benzema could return to play for France at Euro 2016 after some legal restrictions were lifted. The Real Madrid star has been linked to an alleged plot to blackmail Franceteammate Mathieu Valbuena over a sextape and was not allowed to contact Valbuena. An appeals court has partially lifted some restrictions, paving the way for French coach DidierDeschamps to possibly reinstate him.
