Brian Bliss, who has served as the interim coach at three MLS clubs over the last decade but was passed over for the head coaching job, has moved to Sporting Kansas City as the director ofplayer personnel. He ended his MLS playing career in 1998 with the Wizards and served as an assistant coach under Bob Gansler with them in 2000-06.
