The irony of Jozy Altidore‘s injury, which will keep him out of the two June friendlies, is that he had been the lone constant in the U.S. attack until his redcard against Switzerland forced him to miss the match against Mexico. U.S. coach Jurgen Klinsmann will not only have to find a replacement for Altidore butsettle on a second forward against the Netherlands and Germany. After the 2014 World Cup, Altidore started the first nine games and played alongside nine different frontline partners.
