
Brian Hall, the American who held Concacaf’s top refereeing post since 2016, and also served as its Director of Refereeing in 2010-2013, is leaving the confederation at the end of this month to take on new projects, Concacaf announced in a press release on Tuesday citing changes to its Refereeing Department.
