Eva Carneiro, the Chelsea doctor who upset manager Jose Mourinho for going on to the field to treat playmaker Eden Hazard during the opening Premier League match of the season, has left the EPL champions. Mourinho terms Carneiro and trainerJon Fearn “naive” for going on the field as meant Hazard had to leave the field, putting Chelsea temporarily down to nine men as goalkeeper ThibautCourtois had already been sent off. The Football Association is looking into a complaint that Mourinho used abusive or sexist language against the 42-year-old Carneiro, who is considering herlegal options.
