Austria hosts Wales in World Cup 2018 qualifying on Thursday, and its coach, Marcel Koller, upped the pregame banter, claiming the Welsh were “lucky” to reach the Euro 2016 semifinals.

Wales coach Chris Coleman dismissed Koller’s claim, saying all teams have good luck and bad luck.

“The reason for our achievements is because we’re a good team,” he said. “Alot of teams went into the tournament with big reputations because they had fantastic campaigns, but they couldn’t handle the pressure in the tournament — our players handled the pressure.”
