U.S. Soccer, which is serving as the organizing committee for the Copa America Centenario USA 2016, has set a March 16 deadline for 24 metropolitan areas to submit bids for the tournament, which willfeature 16 teams from South America and Concacaf at 8-13 stadiums in the United States. A minimum seating capacity of 50,000 is required for tournament venues.
