
Derek Rae, like many of his broadcaster counterparts during the pandemic era, has been doing more than the usual amount of off-tube commentary. In his case, from his Beverly, Massachusetts, home. “We have a nice little audio studio in my walk-in closet,” says Rae, ESPN’s lead Bundesliga commentator, who is in the middle of his fourth decade of broadcasting.
