Trouble flared again at Euro 2016 on Wednesday when England and Russia fans brawled and chased one another through Lille city center. The fears of French authorities, who increased police andemergency services to 4,000, were realized when skirmishes began following Russia 2-1 loss to Slovakia.
UEFA’s executive board had warned both England and Russia that they could be thrown out ofthe tournament if there are repeats of the violence in Marseille.
