The Confederation of African Football (CAF) on Friday named Equatorial Guinea as host of the 2015 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) after Morocco, the tournament’s original host, bowed out overfears of the Ebola virus that has spread across Western Africa. CAF on Wednesday denied Morocco’s request to delay the tournament and subsequently expelled the North African nation fromcompeting in it.
