Expansion Sporting CT scored four goals in the first 35 minutes to win the 2025 WPSL championship with a 4-0 win over the defending champion California Storm in the final.
Emily Senatore and Imani Jenkins scored in the first 10 minutes and Cara Jordan completed the scoring for Sporting CT. A Storm own goal accounted for the fourth goal in the match played at Oklahoma State’s Neal Patterson Stadium.
