Women’s international match calendar altered
FIFA Council approved a women’s international match calendar for 2026-29, reducing from six to five in the number of windows: two nine-day windows (May-June and October) and three 12-day windows (February-March, April, and November-December). The net effect will be the same number of game dates but more games on weekends.
