[AFRICA CUP OF NATIONS] Fuad Ibrahim, who was the second youngest player after FreddyAdu ever drafted by an MLS club, has been named to Ethiopia’s team for the 2013 African Cup of Nations Jan. 19-Feb. 10 in South Africa. Ibrahim, who is now 21 and plays for the NASL MinnesotaStars, is the second American after Nevin Subotic to represent the USA at the Under-17 World Cup and then make a one-time switch to represent another country atthe senior level.
