[STADIUMS] A sellout crowd of 2,083 fans was on hand Saturday to watch the University of Denver dedicate its new soccer stadium at CIBER Field in ceremoniesbetween the Pioneers’ women’s and men’s spring games.

The $9.2 million project includes a stadium, lighted playing field and strength and conditioning center.

The women’s soccer team played regional rival Wyoming to a 0-0 tie, while the men fell to NCAA Division II national champion Fort Lewis, 4-1.
