Steven Gerrard on Tuesday said he is determined to sign end his Liverpool career in style as he prepares for his final appearance at Anfield against Crystal Palace on Saturday. The Liverpoolcaptain, 34, will be joining the MLS club LA Galaxy in July. “It’s tough at the moment because time is running out and I’m going to miss it so much. I’ve been coming toLiverpool since I was eight years old,” Gerrard said during a Liverpool Former Players Association gala dinner on Monday night, during which he was inducted into the club’s Hall of Fame.“Hopefully the owners will dig deep so the squad can be strengthened with the quality needed to bring more good times in the future.”
