[COPA CENTROAMERICANA] Guatemala captured the 12th and final berth at the 2011 Concacaf Gold Cup in the United States when it rallied to beat Nicaragua, 2-1, inthe fifth-place game at the Copa Centroamericana in Panama City on Friday. Honduras and Costa Rica advanced to Sunday’s final with wins in Friday’s semifinals.
