[MLS] Kevin Hartman, whose status with the Kansas City Wizards was a prime example of the issues over which MLS playersare fighting with the league, has joined FC Dallas. Although the Wizards chose not sign him for the 2010 season, they still held his rights and forced a 2012 second-round SuperDraft pick out ofDallas.
