Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard was named the Professional Footballers’ Association Player of the Year for the 2014-15 season on Sunday, shortly after he and his teammates saw out a 0-0stalemate at second-place Arsenal. The 24-year-old Belgium international has scored 13 goals and added eight assists in 33 games so far this season, finishing ahead of Tottenham striker HarryKane, who scooped up this year’s Young Player of the Year award, and Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea in third.
