French-based John Bostock has been added to Trinidad & Tobago’s squad for its opening game of the Hexagonal against Costa Rica after he received approval to switch national teams from FIFA.Bostock, who briefly played for Toronto FC in 2013, previously captained England’s U-17 national team. Bostock’s arrival comes as T&T head coach Stephen Hart suspended Orlando City’sKevin Molino for two games for breaking curfew at a team camp in October.
