The USA’s secondary transfer window opens next week and among those players on the radar screen are Mexican stars Giovani dos Santos and Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez, who have been linked to the LA Galaxy and Orlando City, respectively. MLS will advise its clubs on Wednesday of the mechanisms thatmight allow such moves.
