A 26-year-old Iraqi man, believed to be a member of Islamic State, was arrested in connection with the attack on the Borussia Dortmund bus carrying players to the Dortmund-Monaco UEFA Champions Leaguegame on Tuesday. The man, identified as Abdul Beset A., traveled to Turkey in March 2015 and then to Germany in early 2016. While in Germany, he maintained contacts with IS members.
