Jack Warner, at the center of many of the bribery charges relating to World Cup bids and sports marketing rights dating back more than two decades, says he isready to take Sepp Blatter down and blow the lid on the FIFA scandal. In a video tape labeled a “paid political announcement,” the former Concacaf president andFIFA vice president said he will reveal all the secret documents he has. “Not even death will stop the avalanche that is coming,” he said.
