United Soccer Coaches has appointed Julio Serrano of Illinois as the new Chair for its Latino Coaches Advocacy Group. Serrano, a member of Illinois Youth Coaching Staff and theDirector of Coaching at Heart of the City in Waukegan, Illinois, will create from the Latinocoaches’ community a team to identify the needs of the membership and advocate on their behalf. He will also represent Latino coaches as a member of the United Soccer Coaches Advocacy Council.
