Longtime MLS executive Kevin Payne has been named U.S. Club Soccer’s new CEO. Payne, who served as president and general manager of D.C. United, beginningwith its launch in 1996 and during its four MLS championship seasons, recently joined U.S. Club Soccer as a senior consultant.
