PA Sport reports that Manchester City and Bayern Munich will continue their “Respect … Fans” protest campaign against UEFA when City hosts the German giant in theChampions League (UCL) on Tuesday. City, Bayern and AS Roma all protested against UEFA’s decision to punish Group E rival CSKA Moscow with stadium closures during the competition’s lastround of matches two weeks ago, complaining that the closures adversely punish away fans — many of whom had already booked their travel and accommodations for the games in Moscow. Earlier in theseason, CSKA was hit with a three-game stadium closure as a result of its fans’ racist chanting and violent behavior. That ban was later reduced to two games after an appeal.
