[MLS EXPANSION] Is it time for David Beckham hand in his option to purchase an MLS team? That’s one of the choices he’llhave to consider after the latest setback in his bid to win support for a site to build a soccer stadium in Miami. After dropping Plan A, a bayfront location near PortMiami, Beckham’s group turned itsattention to Plan B,  another downtown location that Miami’s two mayors said three weeks ago were “a perfect match.” Or so they claimed.
