Bill Manning, the two-time Major League Soccer Executive of the Year, has been named president of Toronto FC. Manning, who will oversee all team and business operations for the club,begins in his new role on Friday. Manning’s contract with Real Salt Lake, where he spent the last eight years, expired on July 1.
