U-16 final:
Real Salt Lake 2-1 Atlanta United: RSL became the first team to sweep both Generation adidas and MLS NEXT Cup titles in the same season. Rylan Hashimoto, the GA Cup MVP, found center back Royce Mihav for the 89th-minute winner. Nico Silva set up Hunter Peralta for the first RSL goal. Canadian striker Van Parker led RSL with six goals, contributing to eight of the 18 goals throughout the competition and earning him MVP and Golden Boot honors.
