A 3-1 loss to Seattle knocked the Red Bulls off the top perch, and FC Dallas, Portland and Toronto FC took advantage to surge past them in the Power Rankings. Defending champion Seattle was one offive teams to post their first victories of the season. Seven teams, including four that made the playoffs last year, have yet to win in 2017.
