The New York Red Bulls have acquired 28-year-old forward Mike Grella, who played for the NASL’s Carolina RailHawks in 2014. Drafted out of Duke by Toronto FC in2009, the New York product instead pursued a career in Europe, where he played for Leeds United, Carlisle United, Swindon Town, Brentford and Bury in England, and for Denmark’s Viborg FF.
