Indy Eleven, the 2016 NASL spring champ and 2016 Soccer Bowl runner-up to the New York Cosmos, finally won its first game of 2017, ending an 11-game winless streak in Week 13 with a 2-0 victory overNorth Carolina. Red-hot Miami tightened its grip on first place with a 4-0 win over Jacksonsville while San Francisco and the Cosmos moved up in the standings.

• Forward Justin Braun and midfielder Ben Speas scoredfor Indy Eleven, which moved from last-place to sixth-place in the eight-team league.

• Jacksonville dropped from second to fourth place with the loss to Miami, whose EnzoRennella scored twice and with seven goals overtook Jacksonville’s Zach Steinberger as the NASL’s leading scorer.

• The San Francisco Deltas moved into second place with a 1-0 win over Edmonton thanksto a penalty kick by Devon Sandoval.

• The Deltas are the league’s second-lowest scoring team but have posted shutouts in six of their 12 games.

• ArgentinePablo Vranjican scored in his debut for the Cosmos, which he joined from Malaysian club Pahang FA.
