Danny Mwanga, the No. 1 overall pick by the Philadelphia Union in the 2010 MLS SuperDraft, has signed a one-year contract with the Tampa Bay Rowdies with a club option for 2017. He played forthe Union, Portland, Colorado and Orlando City in MLS but also is familiar with the NASL, having spent time with the New York Cosmos on loan in 2014.
