Stanford set an NCAA postseason record for goals in a game with its 15-0 win over Prairie View A&M on Friday night.

Catarina Macario, the 2018 Hermann Trophy winner, finishedwith four goals and five assist, upping her season total for goals to 27, a program record. Sophia Smith also scored a hat trick and added two assists, while Bianca Caetano-Ferrara had ahat trick off the bench.

— Central Connecticut State upset fourth-seeded Rutgers, 1-0, on a goal by junior Erica Bardes in the 88th minute. Sophomore keeper AmandaMcQuillan made 10 saves for the Blue Devils, who won only their second game ever in the NCAA Tournament.

— Evelyne Viens’ hat trick gave South Florida a4-2 victory at Florida, its first against the Gators in eight meetings. The senior broke the AAC single-season scoring record with 23 goals.

— BYU, a No. 2 seed, blitzedBoise State for three goals in the first half of the second half to record a 5-1 win in front of 3,682 fans at South Field.

— Texas A&M advanced to the second round of the NCAATournament for the 22nd consecutive season, the third-longest active streak in the nation, with a 4-1 in over Texas.

— Penn State won its 10th straight game, scoring three unansweredgoals in a 3-1 comeback win over Stony Brook.
