The dispute between Neymar and his former club, Barcelona, over his signing bonuses took a new turn as he filed a claim with FIFA over the unpaid amounts: 26 million euros ($30.7 million).Barca has said it won’t pay him following his move to Paris St. Germain and plans to sue him for the first installment of his bonus: 8.5 million euros ($10 million).
