When Andy Iroheaded in Renteria’s cross, Panamanian referee Luis Rodriguez consulted with his linesman and cautioned Renteria while disallowing the goal.

I’ve said in the past and I’ll say it again, I can’t understand why we don’t have American Ref’s refing games in Central America considering every time an MLS or the US MNT playes in central america they are relagated by terrible refing.

Apparently, Renteria was cautioned either because the officials eventually decided that he had not been officially waved on to the field and/or that his jersey had no number.
