Ozzie Alonso, who played for the Seattle Sounders for 10 seasons, was signed to a one-day contract, allowing him to officially retire as a Sounder. The Cuban spent 15 seasons in MLS and will be honored at Seattle’s home opener on Saturday as it opens celebrations for its 50th anniversary.
