[DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY SPOTLIGHT] PDA beat Baltimore Bays Chelsea, 2-1, in a battle of East Conference divisional leaders in Development Academy under-15/16action.

Brian White and Kazari Trought scored for PDA, which improved to 12-1-1 with the win and extendedts unbeaten streak to 13 games. Its only defeat was to PA Classics (2-0) in its season opener.

Only the Crew Soccer Academy Wolves (10-0-2) have a better record in the U-15/16 agegroup.

Max Kroschwitz, who hails from Kinternsville, Pa., leads PDA with 12 goals. He suffered a shoulder injury in 2010 and missed much of lastseason’s DA campaign. Trought is second on PDA with seven goals.

PDA leads all teams in the U-15/16 with an average of 3.33 goals per game.

Kroschwitz’s older brother,Robert, plays for PDA’s U-17/18 team that is 9-3-2.
